The reason I have such a problem with marriage is DIVORCE.
The reason I have such an issue with DIVORCE is the damage it does to the children ? two adults using their kids against each parent to win? to win what? Messed up kids??
I have long touted that you do not need to be married to be a good partner, and you do not need to be married to be a good parent?
Therefore, once you are divorced, life should be rosy.

DATING AFTER DIVORCE should be easy ? you both know you?re no good at marriage, so that conversation (and desperate need for validation) should be off the table.
DATING AFTER DIVORCE should mean that you have no agenda, just a desire to find (and be) a great partner.
DATING AFTER DIVORCE should encourage you to stand up and look after yourself without needing the crutch of another human being whom you cannot control anyway.
Unfortunately, from what I have seen and heard, DATING AFTER MARRIAGE is riddled with people who are desperate to get back on the proverbial horse of dependency and desperation.
If you do not learn from your own mistakes then you cannot see yourself as an intelligent person ? if you have failed at MARRIAGE then you make a mockery of yourself (and of marriage) if you try it twice; if you need the validation of marriage after a DIVORCE then you need to work on much more than DATING, you need to work on yourself.

It should be screamingly obvious to anyone who is DATING AFTER DIVORCE that the last thing on your list of possible actions is MARRIAGE.
It should terrify you to even consider MARRIAGE as an option when you are DATING AFTER DIVORCE whether you are a man or a woman.
It should be of paramount importance to anyone DATING AFTER MARRIAGE that being a dependent or having a dependent are the worst things for any relationship.
